ETHOS NANTUCKET
I led the graphic design project for Ethos Nantucket, a wine bistro located in Nantucket, MA, where I was responsible for creating a comprehensive and cohesive brand identity. My work included logo design, establishing a refined color palette, and selecting typography that reflected the sophistication and charm of Ethos.
To enhance the customer experience, I designed visually appealing and easy-to-read menus, incorporating custom illustrations that added a unique and artistic touch. I also created a collection of stylish apparel featuring fun, branded designs, which became popular merchandise for the wine bar.
In line with Nantucket’s architectural guidelines, I designed outdoor signage that seamlessly integrated with the local aesthetic while making Ethos Nantucket’s presence prominent and recognizable. The signage was carefully crafted to complement the building's exterior, reinforcing the brand’s identity.
For promotional efforts, I developed a suite of materials including business cards, postcards, and stickers, all designed to leave a lasting impression and effectively communicate the brand’s essence. Additionally, I developed the Ethos Nantucket website, ensuring it adhered to the brand guidelines and provided a seamless digital experience that mirrored the wine bar’s elegance.
Each aspect of this project was thoughtfully designed to capture the unique character of Ethos Nantucket, establishing a strong and memorable brand presence both in the community and online.
BRAND IDENTITY
BUILDING SIGNAGE
I collaborated closely with the owners of Ethos Nantucket to design signage that would encapsulate the essence of both Nantucket and wine. Adhering to the island’s architectural guidelines, I created outdoor signage that seamlessly integrated with the local aesthetic while ensuring Ethos Nantucket’s presence was prominent and recognizable. The signage was meticulously crafted to complement the building's exterior and reinforce the brand's identity. During the design process, I discovered that the island of Nantucket fits perfectly within the shape of a wineglass, resembling a wine swirl. This unique design has since become a signature element for the brand, featured prominently on apparel, uniforms, and headwear.
